New Tech Network, a group of 200 schools nationwide that integrate a deep use of technology in the classroom, has named Towles New Tech Middle School as a National Demonstration Site. That means the Fort Wayne school will host tours for national, state and local schools to experience a New Tech school first hand. Towles New Tech Middle School opened in 2013 with its first class of 121 students. The school is now in its fourth year and has an enrollment of 159 students.
