As a member of the Growth and District Success (GDS) team, the Director of Growth and District Success (West) engages prospective schools and districts in the Western United States to explore,
plan, and implement New Tech Network services. The Director will lead a regional growth strategy for outbound lead generation, sales, retention, and renewals including events and campaigns that support the spread and impact of New Tech Network in the region. The ideal team member will
bring demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following areas:
Location: Remote in the Western United States (preference for California), with ability to travel
up to 50%

New Tech Network (NTN) is a national nonprofit dedicated to creating school environments that produce deeper, more equitable learning for all students. For nearly three decades, we have partnered with districts and schools to put project-based learning at the center of the student experience, work that lets students engage with material in creative, relevant ways and use their voices in ways that prepare them for life beyond school.
The Director, District Partnerships & Growth is a revenue-generating role on the Growth and District Success (GDS) team, reporting to the Managing Director, Growth and District Success. The Director carries an annual revenue target across two mandates: winning new district and school partnerships, and retaining and expanding existing ones. The person who succeeds here will be the kind of partner districts want to work with over time, renewing and expanding their partnership.

This is a remote position that requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners by phone, video, and in person, and to travel domestically up to 50% of the time. WHAT WE OFFER
New Tech Network offers competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $115,000–$130,000, with a final offer based on the candidate’s professional experience and internal equity. In addition to base salary, our competitive compensation includes:
