Advisory & Leadership
Over fourteen years, ETA has developed a student-led Advisory program that develops leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills. The advisory program serves as a touchstone of the schools’ culture, empowering students to take ownership of their learning environment and contribute meaningfully to the school community.
Core Values
At the heart of the school culture are the core values of Trust, Respect, and Responsibility, which serve as guiding principles for interactions between staff and students. These values help to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all.
Inclusivity
The “No One Outside the Circle” initiative is a school-wide commitment that ensures all students, staff, and families feel a sense of belonging. It reinforces a culture of connection and support and strengthens relationships across the school.
"Our Advisory program empowers learners to grow as leaders while taking ownership of their learning environment and contributing meaningfully to our school community."
Kelly Renier, Director, Eagle Tech Academy
Teacher Leadership
The Implementation Team, composed of educators, leads adult professional learning, weekly problem-solving, and collaboration with the NTN School Development Coach.
Improvement Science
Deep Dives and professional learning continually refine collaboration, scaffolding, and equitable practices across all content areas to improve student learning. By focusing on student-centered goals, coaching cycles ensure every teacher’s growth translates into measurable impact on student outcomes.
Capstone Projects
“Senior Impact” is a capstone course that engages seniors in solving real-world community challenges, applying the skills developed over their four years at Eagle Tech to create solutions that make a tangible, positive impact.
"I truly have changed for the better thanks to Eagle Tech. I learned how to verbally be a stronger communicator and I also learned how to be more confident and really become the leader I aspire to be.”
