Leading School Change

Enabling engaged teaching and learning while navigating complex changes creates a need for intentional systems within district and school teams. This one-day workshop equips leaders with a proven instructional leadership model, practical change management tools, and actionable strategies to transform schools, ensuring clear next steps toward authentic student experiences. District and/or school leaders leave with clear tools around vision, assessment, change management, and shared leadership, and a set of next steps to help start the journey to transform their school.

Why Engage in this Learning: Leading School Change is designed for district and/or school leadership teams that have identified a need for change based on their current state or have a change strategy they would like to implement.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• Identify the strengths and opportunities for growth within their instructional leadership team
• Clearly define a shared purpose driving their vision for school change
• Initiate the development of a strategic change plan aligned with their instructional vision
